The third day consisted the Mala Strana (Medieval Prague) and the western parts of the inner city.
After a delicious breakfast, we first, took the tram (20) to Malostranska Nemesti, where we climbed up a hill towards the Castle gates. It was getting pretty warm (about 25 degrees) and the sun was shining, so it was pretty warm. Upon arrival, we were lucky enough to see the change of the guard at the main entrance. After a short stroll towards the back exit, we witnessed the change of the guards out there as well!
We then took a secret path via the gardens towards Loreta (southwest of Mala Strana), and after wandering, we took tram 22 towards Malostranska Namesti and changed to tram 20 towards Andel again. Back at the hotel, we had a delicious pasta lunch and a very nice ice cream. Unfortunately, Justin was struck by a severe stomach ache, and (fortunately) we rushed back to the room. All was good after that.

Next, we took the tram towards the Funicular, but it was pretty crowded out there, so we decided to get ourselves moving to the Charles bridge. Ah, this beautiful cobblestone bridge brings back the memories :). After a long stroll through the warm streets of the western parts of the inner city, we took the metro back from Mustek to Malostranska, to get into a small exhibit of Leonardo da Vinci and spiders, but not before we had a stop at Gloria Jean's (hell yeah, bring back those Aussie Road Trip memories from last year!) and consume some frozen mango smoothie. Now, we are about to refresh ourselves and get some dinner again. Tomorrow we will explore the southern parts of the inner city :).
