Transit night

Our next flight from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta was a relatively short one with just 102 minutes. The flight was alright, and we had two meals - each one of us couldn't eat everything, so we asked for a bag to bring ... And thus had to tick something off the customs control pass (as you have to state what you are going to do and what you bring into Indonesia). Mum also agreed to buy two cartons of cigarettes, with those disgusting pictures Malaysian and Australian authorities recently introduced to attempt to decrease the amount of smokers.

Anyhoo, we arrived in Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport on time and what a frustration - although there was no queue, we were removed from the line, as our visa we previously got was no longer valid, despite it says it is 30 days valid. We thus had to pay another visa for entry (USD 25 or EUR 21 per person), which really angered us. If it wasn't for some immigration guy ,the workers at the immigration desk wouldn't notice. It's big b***s*** if you ask me - 21 EUR just for a 18 hour transit!!! Well, I'm not going back to Indonesia if you ask me. You'll lose soooo much money on visa, airport taxes, departure taxes, transportation and toll fees on top of your journey! Tip: NEVER HAVE A TRANSIT NIGHT IN JAKARTA/INDONESIA!!!! It will cost you USD25 + IDR150000 departure tax at least! Bloody f******

Ecim, Melly and Erna picked us up and after mum withdrawing some cash, they drove us to our hotel in Cengkareng, Jakarta, which is very good. We slept really well and are about to have some breakfast.
