Blijf op de hoogte en volg Justin

After a tiring 12:03h flight from Hong Kong to Amsterdam we finally arrived back on Dutch soil. It was an exhausting flight, as again we had little sleep. We watched some movies, some comedies and played with our tablet.
Upon arrival, a drugs dog sniffed every piece of luggage, which was odd to see for us. Without any further ado at customs and immigration, Tims parents greeted us. We went for a quick coffee at starbucks and surprisingly, sis Rowena all of sudden hugged me - I really didn't expect her to show up, as she previously texted me she was in bed. She apparently asked Tim to wait a bit (which became difficult since my bag was one of the first to appear on the conveyor belt), while appearing so calm! It was so sweet!
We talked about our experienced along with some coffee and tea and then headed for Tims parental house, chatted a bit and then we went to our new appartment, now for 97.5% complete in terms of construction works. I showed my sis the appartment ,and as Tim and his mom quickly went to Ikea to order the furniture, I stayed to get a quick shower, dump some stuff, and headed back to Rotterdam. The both of us are very tired due to the lack of sleep, but we must carry on for a few hours in order to restore our biorhythms.
We have enjoyed our holidays in Indonesia and Australia. It was a jam packed, action filled, and amazing journey, full of emotions. We have seen 9 different airports, 9 flights, crossed mountains, slums, forests, seas, rivers and countless of settlements. We have said goodbye to dad and a last farewell to grandpa. We relived AND renewed our memories in Australia. In short: this was quite the holiday indeed.
As such, we will close this blog for this time being. For now, Anna will remain in Indonesia to spend some more time with grandpa and her family. She will return next Monday. We have to get back to work this week unfortunately.
I would like to thank everybody for posting and reading our blog. A few more photos will be uploaded next week (since my camera is still in jakarta with my mum - as is my laptop) and otherwise just check FB =)!
